It is highly likely that your first point of contact will be with Xeed ESG’s founder Roger McKerlie. Roger will work with you to establish what it is that your business needs and he and his colleagues will project manage the programme. It may be that you need all our services from net zero to brand promotion, but equally if you need advice on carbon offsetting or how to make your business more circular through waste reduction and reuse, we can help you.
Depending on the findings of our consultations we will introduce our specialist partners into the mix. It may be that an ESOS audit is required or a full Net Zero strategic plan is in demand or, for those organisations that are advanced on their journey, we may need to look at their brand messaging and coach their sales teams. With regular informal reporting, and a 6 monthly formal review, we will ensure that the project is effective and successful.

As much of the burden of reversing climate change will fall onto the shoulders of business, there needs to be short term reward for those that take up the challenge. Many boards fear a “green premium” that will come with a new sustainability strategy but change is coming, whether businesses like it or not, so we will help your business to identify the upside in doing the right thing.
We are passionate advocates of reversing climate change, and we have deep relationships with many people and organisations who are leading that charge. However, Xeed ESG’s approach is to look at the challenges our clients throw at us through commercial eyes so that you can see the potential return on investment as soon as possible.
Whilst we have immediate access to some of the brightest thinkers on E, S and G we find that most clients are focused on creating an effective environmental sustainability plan and the overarching challenge is working towards net zero.
Our consultants will help you to begin your journey to net zero and decarbonise your business and we can work with you on issues as diverse as pollution prevention, the circular economy, carbon offsetting and biodiversity net gain (BNG).
We do not follow a script and nor do we demand that our clients use all our services. If you need an overview of your ESG challenges and opportunities we will deliver with the same energy as with a full Net Zero strategic plan. Alternatively, we are as comfortable advising on carbon offsetting as we are developing a brand and sales campaign which promotes your environmental and social attributes.
We outsource all governance issues to our legal, insurance and accounting partners.
